Stefa Pay Inc. - Consent to Electronic Messages (CASL)

Consent. Stefa Pay Inc. sends commercial electronic messages (newsletters, product and service announcements) only to Site Users who have given their consent. Your consent is given separately for this purpose and is not a condition of using the Services.

Service messages. Transaction confirmations, security alerts and regulatory notices are not marketing and are sent as needed to provide the Services.

Withdrawal. You may withdraw your consent at any time in your account settings, using the unsubscribe link in every marketing message or by writing to [email protected]. We act on a withdrawal without delay and no later than ten business days.

Record of consent. When you give or withdraw consent, we keep a record: the date and time (UTC), a pseudonymous reference to you (not your e-mail address), the version of the policy and the wording of the consent you saw, your choice (accepted or withdrawn), the channel, and the IP address and browser (user agent) it came from.

How long we keep the record. We keep it for as long as your consent is active and for 3 years after you withdraw it. After that the IP address and browser details are deleted and the reference is anonymised. The record is kept only to show that consent was given or withdrawn, for example in answer to a complaint or a regulator's enquiry.
